These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EazyTruck website, software, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or entering into an agreement for EazyTruck services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. About EazyTruck
EazyTruck provides transport management software designed to help transport and logistics businesses manage operational activities such as dispatching, routes, drivers, vehicles, tracking, documents, reporting, invoicing, and related transport management processes.

2. Eligibility and Business Use
The Services are primarily intended for businesses and authorised users acting in a professional or commercial capacity.
You must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to enter into these Terms. If you use EazyTruck on behalf of an organisation, that organisation is responsible for your use of the Services and the activities of users authorised under its account.
3. Accounts
Certain EazyTruck Services require an account. When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must not share credentials with unauthorised persons or allow anyone to access the Services in violation of these Terms or your agreement with EazyTruck.
You should notify EazyTruck promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Fees and Payment
Access to certain EazyTruck Services may require a paid subscription or other commercial agreement.
Pricing, subscription periods, included features, usage limits, payment terms, renewal conditions, taxes, and other commercial terms may be specified in an order form, proposal, subscription plan, invoice, or separate agreement between EazyTruck and the customer.
Where a separate written agreement or order form contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, or overload the Services or infrastructure used to provide them;
- introduce malware, malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology;
- use the Services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
- attempt to circumvent security, authentication, access controls, or usage restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly authorised by EazyTruck;
- use another person's account without authorisation; or
- use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of EazyTruck or any third party.
6. Customer Data
Customers and authorised users may submit, upload, create, or otherwise process information through the Services ("Customer Data").
As between EazyTruck and the customer, the customer retains its rights in Customer Data, subject to any rights necessary for EazyTruck to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide Customer Data to EazyTruck and to process that data through the Services.
Where EazyTruck processes personal data on behalf of a customer, additional data-processing terms may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the EazyTruck software, website, designs, interfaces, functionality, documentation, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other related materials, are owned by EazyTruck or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, EazyTruck grants authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for their intended business purposes during the applicable subscription or service period.
No ownership rights in the EazyTruck software or other intellectual property are transferred to you under these Terms.
8. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about EazyTruck, you agree that EazyTruck may use that feedback to improve or develop its products and services without restriction or compensation to you, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. EazyTruck is not responsible for third-party products or services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Service Availability and Changes
EazyTruck aims to provide reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, third-party service failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside EazyTruck's reasonable control.
EazyTruck may modify, update, add, or remove features as the Services evolve, subject to applicable contractual commitments.
11. Suspension and Termination
EazyTruck may suspend or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, systems, or third parties, to investigate suspected misuse, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Access may also be suspended or terminated in accordance with applicable subscription, payment, cancellation, or contractual terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, payment obligations, and dispute resolution, may continue to apply.

Information about how EazyTruck handles personal data in connection with its website and related activities is available in our Privacy Policy.
Additional data protection terms, including a data processing agreement where applicable, may apply to personal data processed through the EazyTruck software on behalf of customers.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
EazyTruck does not make warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every particular business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EazyTruck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or relating to use of the Services.
Any limitations or exclusions of liability are subject to applicable law and any different liability provisions contained in a separate written agreement between EazyTruck and the customer.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing between EazyTruck and the customer.
17. Changes to These Terms
EazyTruck may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, legal requirements, or commercial arrangements.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Where required by law or contract, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by EazyTruck to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
